The second KMS Crew Conference took a place in Tallinn on 24.04.19. The Conference was carried in same format as previous and included the information about latest IMO regulations, company achievements, crew requirements and interactive exchange of views between office staff and seafarers. The conference was carried in positive and constructive manner. On next day the work shop for WAYL training was performed. The main goal was to train seafarers to work in WAYL program covers PMS, Stock/Purchase, SQ and Crewing modules.
The first KMS Crew Conference was carried in Tallinn on 15.01.19. The ship’s Masters , Ch.Engs, Ch.Offs, Owner’s representatives and KMS office staff participated the event. The main target of the mutual Conference was to introduce participants with current Company situation, requirements and needs, familiarization with coming IMO resolutions and ways of their achievements, explanation to participates their important roles of company development and progress, finding out of crew needs and inquires. While interactive Round Tables the crew / office expectation from each other were discussed. The Crew Conference expectations were met to fully satisfaction of all participants.
IMPOSSIBLE MISSION – DONE. Project of transfer mt SKORPION to international trade is successful completed on 12th September 2018. All Class and Flag Authority requirements are fulfilled to Owner satisfaction and appropriate Class and Flag Certificates received. Mt SKORPION is ready to commercial international trading.
