KMS Ltd successfully managed and supervised project for renovation and modernization of mv Caspian Supporter in Riga Ship Yard. The vessel has been upgraded to meet Class Requirements for offshore vessel. The new ship’s equipment as boiler, hydraulic power pack, auxiliary engines, main switchboard were designed and installed on board. Most of all ship’s systems were redesigned, approved by Class and installed to Class and Owner’s satisfaction. Oil Recovery and Fire Fighting systems and equipment were renovated and improved. All vessel’s machinery including Main Engine were passed major overhauling under KMS Ltd supervision with further sea trial conduction. Mv Caspian Supporter was re-entered in Class and DNV Class Certificates received in January 2013.
