The two days KMS team training was carried in Riga on 30.05 and 31.05.19 with main focus to Coaching Essentials in Leadership for communication with colleagues and customers.

The second KMS Crew Conference took a place in Tallinn on 24.04.19. The Conference was carried in same format as previous and included the information about latest IMO regulations, company achievements, crew requirements and interactive exchange of views between office staff and seafarers.
